1. 带头联系服务居民。通过入户走访、楼栋微信群等线下线上相结合方式，常态化做好上情下达、下情上传工作。动态掌握楼栋居民基本情况，对居民反映的困难和问题及时向网格党支部反映并做好跟踪。
2. 带头参与小区治理。按照网格党支部要求，引导党员、居民积极参与协商议事等业主自治活动，规范物业管理服务。主动调解邻里纠纷，促进和睦团结。配合做好楼栋防火防盗、治安消防等工作。
3. 带头弘扬文明新风。带动践行《人情新风“宿9 条”》。配合做好“文明家庭”“文明户”等评选工作，协助开展文明城市创建等工作。动员党员、居民积极参与各类志愿服务、公益项目和邻里联谊等活动。
4. 带头参加党内活动。采取灵活多样的方式组织楼栋内党员过组织生活，鼓励在职党员参与楼栋党小组党建活动。每月至少组织召开1次党小组会。配合做好发现、培养和推荐党员、优秀人才工作。对楼栋内患重大疾病、家庭遭遇重大变故的党员，及时协调看望慰问、帮助解决困难。
